This place has lost a loyal customer. I have given them great reviews in the past and wondered why others gave bad reviews. Now i get it . The time before last i was given the wrong order and blamed for it. This time i waited 20 plus minutes for my order only to have them leave it on the counter and not tell me it was ready. I get being busy but yall look everyone else in the face and tell them their order is ready and you looked at me when you bagged that food .. you knew that was my food, you should recognize a friendly regular who always tips. There is an attitude problem that can only be explained as a distaste for your own customers. I understand giving attitude to those who come with attitude. Being short and negative with every customer i watched leave was the last straw for me. You need to make major efforts to be friendly and make any mistakes right without attitude or blame. Its a shame you cant be consistent. Theres a Chinese food restaurant on every corner and i thought i found a good one. I was wrong. I wont be back and neither will my household or friends. Everyone i know that considered you on top of your game has admitted to moving on to some place in Harrisburg due to your inconsistent food and consistent attitude problem. The woman in the front has her hands full, but every single employee has a visceral attitude including her. You talk to each other like youre ranting against the customer. You eyeball customers with hateful looks. You make people feel unwelcome ....
Read moreWe have lived here a year and always ordered from this restaurant. Well tonight that stops! We waited an hour and a half for our food, after being told it would be 30min. Then when we opened the bag.....they didnt even send us everything we ordered. We called to tell them and girl who is in chrge of taking orders, etc....basically blamed us for them not sending us everything we ordered....then she continued to cut my husband off while he was talking. When I took the phone she also blamed my husband and continued to cut me off while talking....to the point where i asked her "please stop cutting me off while im talking". She wasn't rude but very, very argumentative for someone who works or runs a business that depends on customers consistant patronage. I work in customer service and wpuld never blame a customer for anything nor would I be argumentative. We were not asking for our money back, we didnt even want them tonsemd the food...we would have waited another hour....we just wanted to let them know....not argue or blame us...just try to understand why we didnt get what we ordered. Read moreHusband and I stopped here for takeout tonight since our usual place was closed. Ordered two combos (orange chicken and shrimp with broccoli) and fried crab sticks. The lo mein we asked for with our combos was cold, the egg rolls were luke warm with barely anything in them, and the sauce in my shrimp and broccoli was awful. The food was just bad, we wound up throwing it away.
The crab sticks we didn't even get to try as the first one we cut in half was still wrapped in it's plastic packaging!! I don't like to leave negative reviews but this experience was awful. Service received was fine and we got our food quickly, but now I see why- if you're moving so fast you forget to unwrap your food before you cook it and sell it, you need to slow down. Hoping I don't get sick later and I will stick to my regular spot...
