I came in on this Monday & lady at front was super nice I was traveling from Lynchburg & didn’t have membership & gave me the prices & said maybe someone ( like another customer ) Would be nice enough to let me use their card to purchase some things if I found anything I have never been to costco and i always wanted to go & was just looking at everything for about an hour & did find a few things & everything looks very good and fresh to me was a tad bit overpriced I was shopping there is some fella strong clone as you got closer and had a basket walking around on his phone in the middle of isle He was really not very courteous you know of anyone trying to get around him or anything and then as I’m walking through the store he I see fella behind where like the stock women and men are So as I proceed to go to the checkout counter I got an lane and I ask a lady if I can use her card and I cashier was a young girl in a red vest named Megan but just had a very unpleasant look like I don’t want be here I never once saw her smile that day and will get to that a little bit later She just was basically being really rude to me after the lady told me i could see her card to make my purchase i could tell the lady was getting embarrass and I didn’t wanna argue with Megan so I went and found another gentleman so I has I’m getting rung up I hear Megan & short black lady with kinky curly hair and she proceeded to tell her that I’m trying to use someone else’s card and blah blah blah blah blah I really just don’t get what the issue is here you’re bringing The company business&$$ and then I see her call an oriental lady over a while she still checking out guest Megan Is like not being very nice at all accuses her of telling me so I’m at the point I’m done checking out by then and go up to her and tell her how unprofessional she is that you know she needs to stop going off on the Lady and staff and told her I was going to make sure I gave her one star on her survey and walked out so as I got to my car I got more and more frustrated I was like I’m gonna go back in and talk to a manager so a guy came up I forgot his name started with a M it was the fella from early with the strong cologne That was pushing the basket that was in everyone’s way earlier I telling him about my experience in the store and he did nothing but sugar coat the whole situation did not offer anything did not do anything at all the other ladies that were in a white coats & standing at the desk listening to everything detail so As we were wrapping up the conversation Megan walked over to that desk where the ladies were white coats she gave the most devilish Juvenile grin I have ever seen and I was like why is she doing that oh she always smiles she always smiles and I thought this was so unprofessional for the whole company sounds like y’all might need to re-train some people or change some positions around for some people because you have a very unprofessional team from what I...

I have shopped at costco since I was a child with my parents. I joined when they built the charlottesville va location. I have never felt more abused or treated like I was a scam artist than I have at this Costco. I have been treated like a scam artist by service desk. The tire center broke lug nuts on my tire rotating my tires. Sent me home for my husband to fix it in his shop. They said they did not have the part to fix what they broke. I have been met by many combative managers and people in customer service. I came for a return on day and Shale and Dom whispered my friend over here about me before finishing my transaction. I let them know I knew they were talking about me that day. Another day Kim tried to rip me off on an airfryer that came out of the box scratched. It was never used once. I told her I knew I paid 39.00. She took over return and told young girl that was helping me she did not need to look up my transaction. I later had it looked into and after 2 days they returned 5.00 cash. Robbie said rude things everytime I asked for help with anything. Kim told Robbie to call the police on me when I calmly asked her to move away from my cart. I no longer wanted to deal with her. Cindy threatened to take my membership several times. After just telling manager Dom he was acting like a jerk when I tried to get help a week ago. Cindy cancelled my membership. I have had ,so many times, that Dom has been rude to me. If we continue to spend our money at this location, without letting anyone know. Nothing will ever change. I love costco, but have felt very mistreated at this location. I could write many more things, but will just hit these points. If you have had a similar experience please take time to...

I joined Costco because of out of 4 tire companies they were the cheapest for tire purchase and installation - even after purchasing the annual membership. It actually paid for itself by how much lower their tires were compared to other places in my area. The sales rep at the Membership desk names Angela was extremely nice and explained the different membership packages in detail and answered all of my questions. You could tell that she genuinely wanted to make sure I was informed before purchasing. I bought the Executive plan because of the 2% cash back earned on every purchase and with what we anticipate on spending it should supply us with a nice annual rebate check next year. I'm very happy that I was helped by Angela - she definitely knows her job!

As for the store itself - there are numerous savings depending on what your household needs. I am pleasantly surprised to see all the various items we use on a monthly basis within CostCo - larger amounts but the prices are well within reason and I know the savings will be worth it.

The gentleman at the Tire Center named Ty was very polite and courteous and went through all of the options for my tire size. They do not perform alignments however but for me it wasn't a big deal since I can get that done if needed elsewhere reasonably.

Overall - exceptional customer service and great prices on just about any and everything someone may need. I am going to be a very loyal and satisfied customer for...

Costco is one of my favorite places to shop, especially for kids clothing on clearance. I pick up items year round and hold them for birthdays and the holidays. I've used Costco to outfit both nieces and my nephew for the last few years. Additionally, gas prices are usually the cheapest in town, they have a good pizza price if you are looking to pick up a quick dinner, and they carry several local products (e.g. great local beer selection). This location has a tire center and pharmacy too. I've bought tires for vehicles in the past because they were cheaper than other shops in the area. They also honor their tire services and warranty.

This is a newer store. It's like most other ones. Love the urinals as they go completely to the floor level. Rest rooms are always in great condition! Went in for sheet cake and found it at the far back corner of the store. Good selection of already prepped cakes. Found a chocolate one with the 2 pounds of mousse filling which was $19.54 total with tax. What a great deal. Many people at work complimented the taste. It was a great celebration as we started a new beginning. I'll return. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score

I have always been a fan of Costco and have been to Costcos in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and northern Virginia. The Cville costco is pretty great. Usually not crowded; well organized; amazing gas prices; and during the time of Covid, strict social distancing and mask enforcements. I was also pleasantly surprised to see ethnic food items like Rapokki (korean ramen + rice cake with spicy sauce) on the shelves.
