Lake Jonathan Flats — Local services in Chaska

Love living here. My husband and I moved here from Arizona and it is wonderful. The apartment building is only around three years old, so everything is in good condition and looks beautiful. We love our apartment and it's lakeview balcony. With the lake just steps away from the apartment building, we really like the quick access to the outdoor activities that we can do. The property is perfect for anyone with a dog, since there is so many trails nearby to walk. The amenities are great. There are two patios overlooking the lake on the property. One of which is on the rooftop with a grill and enough furniture to entertain a small party, while the other has two grills and two fire pits to stay warm on those cooler nights. One of my most favorite of the amenities is the coffee and hot chocolate bar that is available for use anytime, stocked with anything you could possibly need to make a great cup of coffee 😀. There is also a beautiful downstairs entertainment room that is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, tv, granite countertop island, furniture, and guest restrooms, which can be scheduled to use for parties and events.

The location is great too, with restaurants, a super Target and a Cub foods just across the street from the property.

The staff here are friendly, personable, and very responsive with whatever you need. Sheila, Dani, and Kevin all make Jonathon Flats a wonderful place to live. It would not be the same...

I want to live here!!! Cody S the a.p.m was fantastic. Genuine if that makes sense, He was welcoming and knowledgeable. I came with questions his answers made want to move in before I’d even seen an apt. The tour wasn’t just looking detailed, I was able to see the different floor plans, on different floors with different views. The tour includes all the amenities, L.J.F has amenities a coffee bar, exercise facilities, bbq areas, those are what I can remember on the 1st from the beginning of the tour there’s a lake there’s patio’s to sit with fire pits the pretty kind that look like glass rocks and bbq grills you can overlook the lake. I like that it was quite when you walked down the hall you couldn’t hear anyone’s tv or conversation in the hallway. The carpets were clean. Every thing was clean even the garbage room spotless didn’t smell nothing. The only thing I smelled when I there was the scent of freshly cleaned something and that was in an empty. Everything about the Tour w/ Cody tells me L.J.F is tenant oriented. Every thing you need is right across the street grocery, target, Home Depot,. I really really want to live there. The apartments are so comfortable and cozy like but spacious and well maintained. Granite is nice. I like everything...

Lake Jonathan Flats is an AMAZING place to live! My experience here has been incredible from day one. Sheila was beyond helpful in answering my endless questions, showing multiple units, and getting me moved in on very short notice! I was deciding between LJF and another building nearby (which was honestly more space for less money), but here were my deciding factors... The building itself! So beautiful, BRIGHT, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. The people! Everyone is so friendly and the vibe is just awesome. The pups! I don't have a dog at the moment, but love that I get to visit with all the pups on the daily. Even being pet friendly, the building is so quiet! The amenities! The patios on the lake are fabulous, the workout center is large and well equipped, meeting spaces are great and the coffee bar is a great perk! Sheila! She is incredible at her job (as well as the other staff) and makes walking into Lake Jonathon Flats feel like home!
