Horrendous service and unprofessional workers. Will not be returning nor would I recommend others visit this location. I ordered from the drive thru at this Culver’s on the evening that I am writing this review. The worker who brought my food to me did not say a single word to me and had a look of disgust on her face although I attempted to greet her and thank her for bringing the food to my car. Upon checking my food, I was missing a portion of my order. I went through the drive thru once again and told them about it, to which they were able to promptly provide a replacement for the missing items. However, the worker who gave me my replacement also did not say a single word to me upon handing me the replacement food items and shut the drive thru door quickly. This entire experience was very aggressive and felt targeted. I am incredibly disappointed in the hiring choices at this culver’s considering how simple it is to treat people with respect and get orders correct.
