We've all had ups and downs high and lows with our phone carriers its the thing I love to hate HOWEVER every once in awhile I'll come across someone who is customer centric despite their employer not encouraging them to be that way let's just say my smart phone skills and overall ability to be tech savvy led me to find an " in store " sales associate who is brilliant he's intelligent tech savvy but the most important attribute is his willingness to listen he listens and completely understands my issues before he even starts to resolve the issues he looks me in the eye and respects where I'm coming from as the consumer he never disrespects me despite my inability to even operate my smart phone even at the most basic level he just takes charge fixes the issues makes the calls to customer service for me right then right there he does it right and while fixing the issues he never makes me feel bad about not understanding things he never let's me walk out the door until I feel comfortable you don't see this kind of service anymore with the younger generations he still values a handshake he knows I can take and go to a different carrier at any time he cares and always wants to keep each customer with t mobile but better yet he wants a happy customer to be at t mobile if only the manager of the chaska location knew this about JOSH better yet I wish a regional manager would take the time to come and watch this young man work its inspiring and he deserves a raise hell he deserves his own t mobile location to manage ... come to chaska minnesota Even if you've struggled with your service JOSH will fix it and have you leaving happy đ we all want to do it all " on line " sometimes it's nice to have that personal touch in person to remind myself there's still good in the world THANKS JOSH FOR BEING THE ROCK STAR YOU ARE I APPRECIATE YOU THANK YOU FROM...
Read moreSave yourelf the time and effort and go the Eden Prairie Sprint CORPORATE store. This is the Mobile Stations of cell providers.
In fact, they are not a provider; play CLOSE attention to the "authorized Sprint" dealer. Thats your firat sign RUUUUUUN! They LITERERALLY sell you phones they buy and get a kick back on the up charge and service contract. They JAVE NO CONNECTION TO SPRINT! If you have ever had a phone connectect at this hole in the wall, youll notice you waited 90 minutes while they did EXACTLY what you would do if you ordered and/or had it delivered from the dealer.
They cannot help you with your bill or questions about your bill. They will call jist as you woukd and thats why you have to approve they speak to the con on the othe end.
THEY ARE NOT SPRINT, THEY ARE THIRD PARTY AND THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BACK UP YOUR PURCHASE. Please trust me on this.
A women who refused to give me any identifying information and as I walked out of the store she reipped the Manage sign off the window. VERY strange behavior!
ACCECORIES: They have always said we off lifetime warranty on accecories......until you ask for you then they back peddle and BS about how thry tell ALL customers "its through the manufacturer" as though any is dumb enough to buy if they were told the truth.
The womens name who became combative, rude and then ripped her name off the door was Sheyla......she wont be there long when my crew exposes her
This is a WARNING to stay away!
There used to be a couple of younge guys that rocked that store but im sure they saw the writing in wall.
More to come in the Herald and...
Read moreI've been nothing but disappointed by sprint. In store and through their main customer service number. I've been told something different by almost every employee. Passed around for 4 hours with a question about an unactivated iPhone 5s locked to the sprint network. After this a "manager" finally told me they would unlock it at the Hopkins crossroads store by a "physical unlock" that only the magic man at that store could do. Whelp knowing that a sim locked or carrier locked phone cannot be unlocked physically (If it could do you think It wouldn't be all over YouTube and the web) I went to this chaska location only to have smoke blown up my rear and no definitive answers. The answer I left with was "we don't know" and "we cannot help You" although when asked the employees were not positive they were not mistaken. Turns out they were. Huge mess, nobody from the bottom up knows whether or not an unactivated phone is even one of theirs. A 5 minute Google search and a few imei or esn checking websites reveals as much. Overall the hangups I got while calling the national customer service reps was ridiculous. The supposed answers or fixes even worse and this plus the in-store failure is just plain awful. Skip sprint altogether. The way in which they limit the most capable phones (next to Verizon who's phone's come carrier unlocked) and hinder it's otherwise capable system from working anywhere is just wrong. For the fringe users the locked bootloaders is insult to injury. Verizon and it's big red evil is a better...
