Where to start?! We simply love The Blends. This is a home town favorite wrapped up in a hug. The drinks (both blended shakes and teas) are delicious. While my kiddos and I prefer the mixed teas, we have on occasional indulged in the shakes and have also enjoyed them. What I love best about this gem? My little guy is Type 1 diabetic (6yr old son) and because the teas rotate out with the months and seasons and always offer fun flavor options, some sweet, some more tart, but all mainly sugar free he can be spoiled without his glucose skyrocketing. The owner and all the staff is friendly, fun, and always excited to see us - and likewise we love walking in and hearing everyone yell "hi". This place not only continuously Caters to their clients, regular or not. They also realize a majority of their customers are younger people and prefer not to put any weight related things to promote their products. It’s all fun there with games to play, fun decorations, and music! The owner is one of the most kind hearted, mothering, happiest people I’ve ever come across. She just simply loves helping her community. keila even goes out of her way to open early every day all week for her people who have to get to work before 7am (when they open), they also give opportunity’s for $s off your purchase and do things like medical Monday, workers Wednesdays and many more all week long. We love The Blends and couldn’t say enough good things about it. The owner has been so supportive of Chaska High School fundraisers, accommodating teams with after practice drinks or special events drinks, promoting employment for local high school kids (and teaching them about business and customer service), and not to mention providing a great atmosphere for everyone to hang out…kids and adults. One of my most favorite things is how helpful the owner and staff are…at my first visit, I asked for a drink to accommodate some dietary restrictions and they happily gave me options and I left with a delicious shake that I continue to order every time I visit.
