I just had the most terrible experience for the first time using the UPS services. I made a printing order and asked them to cut the paper. When I came to pick it up an Asian looking employee was helping me. The sheets were not cut completely. I asked to complete the job and she rushed to do it. It came out obviously crooked. I asked to recut which made her upset. She still cut it saying "I'll do it but it is what it is". It still came out a bit crooked, but it was already taking me too much energy to ask her to recut them. So yes, it "was what is was". I was the only one customer in the store at that time and the moment I left she immediately got on her phone, so I'm thinking what was the whole show about when she had plenty of time to help me in a nice manner and make sure to cut out the order nicely? Oh, and then I politely asked for an envelope. She said "no, I don't have an envelope for you". So yeah, all of my papers have to fly all over the car. I used ups printing services for years, orders always came out in envelopes. I really don't know ether she was just in a bad mood, but honestly it's the first time in the history of using UPS services I've been treated like trash. Two ladies helping customers were very rude to two other customers in store, one customer was elderly lady. I apologized for walking in last minute and felt so uncomfortable that I could not even scan all my return labels from my phone and decided to go to Kohls instead. Now I will be going to UPS again tomorrow as they messed up one of the returns. Looking at the receipt it shows an error message printed but offcourse I didn’t even look at the receipt at the store. That item was a USPS drop off item and they didn’t even flag it or told that the scan didn’t work. Please follow basic courtesy towards customers.
