I have been to this location ten times. All ten times, I have ordered the 3 cheese nachos with Chicken to go. The employees ALWAYS put my chips separately so the chips don't get soggy. Today, Mark, an incredibly rude cashier, crushed my chips inside a bowl alongside another bowl that contained my chicken and fixings. I told him that the chips go in a bag (which the chef in the back confirmed), and he said in a very rude, disrespectful, and loud manner, “YOU’RE WRONG!” I calmly said that I wasn’t. Then he said, “YOU CAN’T JUST GET EXTRA CHIPS! AND YOU’RE WRONG!” I said that he was being rude and asked for his name, and I left without the food. I was disrespected and was shamed by someone who was utterly rude and wrong. Each 3 cheese nacho plate with chicken roughly costs $10 with tax, so I’ve spent about $100 at this location in the past year. I did not deserve this terrible customer service experience, nor was I trying to get "extra chips." Please train your employees to have better customer service...
Read more!!!New update!!! Love this place it way more tastier the chipotle and they do not charge extra for guacamole. Not only that there queso tastes like cheese and not rotten feet like the other place. Not to mention their rewards program is the best out there. When you thought they could not get better for the fans of QDOBA they have. You heard the news the the impossible burger was chiming to burger king, and the little Caesar was working with Beyond meat to make a sausage for third pizza. Well if you are like me and do not care for the burger king and not into little Caesar's and don't want to go to some over Prince restaurant across town to try the impossible meat well go no further than the nearest QDOBA and give it a try. Either in your tacos or burritos or burrito Bowles, or however you enjoy your QDOBA favorites. It is now available. Enjoy and...
Read moreThis was my first time in a Qdoba. Just another Chipotle but more expensive. We spent almost 30 bucks on 2 bowls and chips. The two employees behind the counter looked miserable and had zero motivation. Being my first time, I had just a couple of questions and he even rolled his eyes. I got the shredded pork which was excellent. Hubby got the chicken. When we went to pay, the cashier asked if it was regular chicken or spicy. We saud regular and asked why. He said it was more expensive for spicy. Not sure why but we paid and sat down. The cashier did offer me a cup for water since we only bought one drink. I thought that was very sweet. Anyway, we tried it but don't think we will be visiting another one...
