I have been to this location ten times. All ten times, I have ordered the 3 cheese nachos with Chicken to go. The employees ALWAYS put my chips separately so the chips don't get soggy. Today, Mark, an incredibly rude cashier, crushed my chips inside a bowl alongside another bowl that contained my chicken and fixings. I told him that the chips go in a bag (which the chef in the back confirmed), and he said in a very rude, disrespectful, and loud manner, “YOU’RE WRONG!” I calmly said that I wasn’t. Then he said, “YOU CAN’T JUST GET EXTRA CHIPS! AND YOU’RE WRONG!” I said that he was being rude and asked for his name, and I left without the food. I was disrespected and was shamed by someone who was utterly rude and wrong. Each 3 cheese nacho plate with chicken roughly costs $10 with tax, so I’ve spent about $100 at this location in the past year. I did not deserve this terrible customer service experience, nor was I trying to get "extra chips." Please train your employees to have better customer service interactions.
