I cannot say enough good things about Nancy, but I’ll do my best. She saw we were waiting across from her and told us to come over to her register. She apologized to us for the wait even though we weren’t waiting long. She was very friendly and asked us where we were from. We told her we were going to Nantucket and she recommended the bus tour and then proceeded to recommend other places to go while we were there and when we told her what hotel we were staying at, she recommended restaurants nearby! This woman is amazing! Also got a discount for paying cash which I never get by the way. When I checked my two bags at our hotel, I noticed she had separated the things I bought for other people from the ones I bought for myself! Nancy doesn’t miss a thing. A beautiful woman inside and out. We had to go back after our Nantucket trip to tell her what a difference her recommendations meant for our stay. I loved the store, loved the quality of the clothes and she asked us if we would return next year. I hope when we do come to Chatham again, we will see her! We would love to return the...

During our most recent visit - my husband and I stopped in as we were both drawn to the exceptional window displays. Upon entering, we immediately were made to feel as if we did not belong. I, in particular was followed as if I was not trusted. And I must have been bothering the (owner?) as I said “excuse me” as I was walking past and was met with the coldest look, and no response. We visit Chatham several times per year for the last 20+ years, and this was the first time I was made to feel inadequate, and quite frankly it left me feeling unsettled the rest of the day. Unfortunately they lost a nice sale as I was able to purchase the sweaters I found and loved elsewhere. I would recommend for the employees in this store to not judge a book by its cover, and to treat others how you want...

Although this store has amazing clothes, the staff was extremely rude to me and I felt very uncomfortable. Being out of state, my card declined when I tried to make a purchase. I called my bank and went back inside and when I went back to the counter the cashiers were extremely rude to me. I am very happy with my bathing suit, however I can find the brand at other clothing stores. I certainly will not come back...
