Iâve never left a review for anything in my entire life. This is my first ever review, and Iâm 32 years old in the age of technology. I dropped clothes off for sale on Sunday and left to run an errand. I never got a text or call. Turns out they closed at 7 and I didnât know that. No big deal. I called in the next day and explained what happened and I was told that theyâd hold my clothes until Tuesday afternoon so I could get them. Great! I came in on Tuesday morning at 11am and was told that my clothes had been donated. I was frustrated and asked to speak to the manager, to which she replied that she was the manager. I tried to explain what had happened and I donât think I was even able to finish one sentence without being interrupted at the very beginning of each sentence. The manager did not care to listen. I didnât raise my voice. The manager kept walking away while I was trying to tell her what happened and interrupting before I could say what happened. At one point I said âIâd like to tell you what happened.â And she said âno thatâs ok.â And then walked away. Fortunately the pickup lady returned with my bags of clothes by chance and I was able to retrieve them. On my way out I calmly expressed again that a customer who is frustrated, especially those not raising their voice, should at minimum be listened to and heard. To this she stared at me for a second, said nothing, and walked away. I couldnât believe what had just happened. I am a business man, but was dressed in work clothes for some home repair I was doing.    Read moreI love buying from here and do so regularly, but if you are selling they donât pay hardly anything for your name brand clothes and are extremely picky even though Iâve seen clothes on the rack in worse conditions than my own. I never have any problems with the store except for this experience a couple months ago. I had shopped here before leaving for vacation and had several returns because the fitting rooms are always closed so I had to take everything home to try it on and bring back what didnât work. Because there is only a 7 day return policy, I had to do this before leaving for my trip which ultimately made me have to postpone leaving until the following day. I was âhelpedâ with my return by Logan. He complained loudly in front of customers who were still shopping about how they didnât have time to get the store cleaned up because people were still shopping. It was 7:30 and closing time was at 8. Thatâs still 30 minutes of the store being opened. It wasnât like it was after close or else Iâd understand the frustration. They all have every right to still be shopping DURING STORE HOURS. He huffed the entire time, was very short and rude, and complained in front of me about how heâd âbe stuck in returns for 3 hoursâ before he could help someone else which was dramatic and embarrassing for me honestly. Then he practically threw my receipt and card back at me. If the fitting rooms werenât always closed this whole situation wouldnât have happened.    Read moreIâve bought and sold many, many times here. Honestly, itâs pointless even trying to donate here anymore. The staff is always extremely rude and unfriendly. They stand at the registers like gargoyles, and if they do depart from their station, they literally stomp around the store and death stare you until you get out of their way. Last week, my sister came in with two large tote bags, and the manager hardly looked through the clothes. We watched from the shorts section and the manager didnât even get to the bottom of either bag before shoving them aside. We received a text 7 minutes after we handed her the bags. 7 minutes for two large tote bags? I donât think so. Then, I came to donate today, and when I asked about why an item was not taken, the manager told me âitâs not the style people go forâ like no offense but how do you know that not ONE single person is going to like this altarâd state dress? I asked why multiple name brand items werenât taken when their board said the brand names they needed, and they gave me sorry excuses like style, out of season, etc. like doesnât your board say you accept all clothes year round???? Make it make sense. Also, they took 5 pairs of American Eagle/Hollister jeans (which go for $50-$60 nowadays) and I left with $38 for everything I sold.
