The Ice cream is perfect and I like it. This is my second time or let me say (((( LAST)))).

My problem is with the workers, because they always treat me and my family bad. We entered when is was not busy, and when it was our turn, we were called by the worker with no smile or welcoming, I personally don’t really care about how they look at me or talk to me, but when it comes to my family that’s something else, anyway we ordered a strawberry ice cream and It was good and when my turn came, she literally looked at the people after me and she asked them what do they want. For the people who say it might have been by mistake, I want to tell you that’s what I thought in the beginning but it was not. So I was waiting her to notice me, and she kept helping them until I told her can I try both chocolate I cream that I wanted to know which one is better so I can buy it, so she said okay with an attitude, and she went to grab a spoon and she gave me one of them, but I still want to try the other one so I can choose which is better to me, so I told her can I try the other one and she looked at me and started telling what each one is and she told me the names of them, I told her I have read the names and that’s why I was confused because they both sound good, so I told her can I try the other one. Once I told her that she looked at me like I was trying to ruin her day, and she said one second and she took another minute to bring another spoon, even though I told her I want to try both chocolate ice creams. And I chose the darker one she did not even reply and started putting the spoon on the ice cream but she did not fill it in front of me she took the spoon with the ice cream and put the ice cream in the cup in a place where I can’t not see.

There is nothing called she might feel bad or it’s not her day or anything like that, you can not be acting bad to people because you’re having a bad day.

When we went outside to enjoy our ice cream each ice cream looked different even though they are all the same size

When I looked at my ice cream it didn’t even look like the one I chose.

It’s our second trip to Tennessee but next time I will go somewhere else.

I really hope that the owner sees this so he can fix the problem with the workers it’s really 70% about costumer service,...

First off I would like to say I loved the chocolate dipped cheese cake but my boyfriend did an online order for me and send some chocolate covered pretzels and small heart chocolates as well. First issues was the pretzels, they were stale and basically had no chocolate on them. Second issue and the most concerning was the small heart chocolates. I bit into one only to find it was old with discoloration in the chocolate (mold). I checked the other chocolates to make sure there was not a filling I wasn't aware of but no this was just old chocolate. Very disappointing to have to tell my boyfriend that his gift that he paid quite a penny for only had one good...

The sealed chocolate bars from a factory do not have an expiration date anywhere on package.The cashier gave my husband the wrong flavor of chocolate.He was given dark chocolate when he asked for milk chocolate piece of candy.They do not use scanners to scan items so they did not know prices of chocolate bars.A very strange place to go.The display cases were very dirty.If the display cases have not been cleaned in a long time I suspect the area where the chocolate is made...
