i have bought furniture here for years and always had a good experience until Chris became manager. i have had nothing but bad customer service from her. never returns your calls, never gets your problem solved, waited 2 weeks for her to send someone to my house for an issue with our sectional and not only did she not do that , but when i finally got in touch with someone else at the store, they had not been told to call me or schedule a visit to fix my sectional. first encounter with her she never returned my calls, and when i finally got in touch with her, she stated she was going on vacation and would call me when she got back?????? i will let you guess whether our not she called???????? i will take my business else where unless they get someone in there that can use the phone and at least have the courtesy of calling the...

Disappointed and won't return. I visited the store at 12:30 on a Monday; no other customers were seen in the store, I counted 5 employees. At one point I overheard,"shhhh! I am extremely disappointed with a recliner chair that my husband and I purchased and as I write, he is in the floor attempting to 'fix' part of the foot rest that comes apart frequently. May I say, he is handicapped and it is extremely painful for him to even get on the floor, much less get up!
