I was attempting to purchase a thumb ring for my wife. I asked for a size 11 but the sales person stated "there is no way her thumb is an 11, maybe an 8 at best." So the ring purchased is 3 sized to small. The ring she sold me is also missing a diamond. I returned to the Olympia store for a refund only to be told the store was closing and there were NO refunds. I explained that I was unaware of the policy when I purchased the ring. She showed me on the receipt where it said NO REFUNDS. The night of the purchase after I singed the purchase receipt the clerk placed the customer receipt in a small Harry Ritchie's envelope and handed me both the envelope and the ring in the box. For Valentines Day this year he purchased a 14K rose gold, 2 stone morganite/diamond ring and a 2 stone 14K gold ruby/diamond ring. Really wonderful service from Chelsea! Everyone is very helpful, but Chelsea is just a true gem herself! They will also size Sterling silver, not every jewelry store offers that service....
