Brighton — Local services in Cherry Hill Township

This is more about the product than the store I suppose. Have five pairs of shoes, multiple bags I buy their perfume, have some of their jewelry. I’ve always been a fan of Brighton have shopped at their stores from New Jersey to Miami to Las Vegas. My spouse bought me a pair of the sandals. Aisha model after very little wear, the toe part came apart and can no longer wear. I contacted Brighton and they told me they can’t help me take it to a shoe repair store Such a higher-end brand store with very poor customer, service and warranty. I’ve literally spent over $5000 on Brighton products through the years. I guess it’s not enough to warrant good customer service when reaching out about a subpar product that broke. $100 for a pair of flip flops and I get sorry but have a good day. Will no longer be a brand loyal client to this company! So many other choices out there so I suggest you try...

As the King of Prussia store closed, I received a call from this store regarding gift certificates which I had. I thought I had a very easy pleasant experience with Keri in placing an order. Keri tells me the items I ordered were in stock at her store. After contacting Brighton I find out they were shipped from their fulfillment center in CA! I have called CH twice and after speaking with Yah Yah who tells me that maybe Keri wanted me to have "fresh and clean" she ordered them to ship from CA! Really does that mean the merchandise for sale in this store is not???? Then there was a conversation with Dahlia and she was more worried about losing a call from another customer. WHY DID YOU TAKE MY CALL????? Rethinking Brighton. I so love their merchandise but this store in CH needs to work on their customer care!...

With more stores closing, they decided to charge a shipping fee if orders are under a certain amount. It used to be free if you called the store and placed the order. To add insult to injury when you call corporate, they are like robots with not one ounce of compassion and humanity. I paid the $7 fee and when I called the store where I ordered the merchandise, she said UPS hadn't come in for 2 days to pick it up to ship it to me. It was only a charm. Amazing! Now with Labor Day Holiday coming it could take an additional 5 days. I think at this rate the remaining Brighton...
