Melange in Haddonfield, NJ is truly a gem for children’s clothing. It’s run by the sweetest mother–daughter duo, Debbie and Courtney, who make every visit feel personal. Debbie is always so kind and welcoming, and Courtney’s energy and creativity shine through in everything she does. I’ve known them for years (I even worked with Courtney in fashion a long time ago), and seeing her open a store and thrive has been such a joy.

South Jersey really needed a shop like this. It’s filled with adorable, high-quality kids’ clothing and gifts. Courtney has an incredible eye as a buyer, curating the most beautiful pieces from favorite brands like Rylee + Cru, Mayoral, Mish, Lola + the Boys, Feather 4 Arrow, Posh Peanut, Angel Dear, Jelly Cat and more. Plus she’s always bringing in new unique finds from all of the world like France, Spain, and Portugal. Whether you’re shopping for your own children or need a thoughtful gift for a baby shower, birthday, or new arrival, this is the place to go.

Courtney is also one of the most entrepreneurial and collaborative people I know. Years ago, we even hosted the launch party at her store for our pregnancy tracker and companion app called Bumpdate. She didn’t even hesitate at the idea of figuring out a way we could support each other. I’ll forever be grateful for that. It made for such a fun, creative experience. Guests enjoyed sipping on wine, mocktails, light bites from local favorites, downloading our app and shopping for an unexpected goodie. That spirit of collaboration and community really comes through in how Court and Debbie run Melange.

Lastly I have to mention one of my favorite things. How easy they make gift-giving. You can work with them over Instagram or the phone, give them your budget, and they’ll package everything beautifully and even ship it. Anytime I see one of their Melange gift bags, I know the present inside will be perfect.

The store has a great selection! The retail associate today was very rude to me, when I was purchasing some things for my child.

It was an older women, and when I said that an item was one price by trying to help, she swiftly corrected me by saying no that item is not not! It is 40% off she said. Then, she next proceeded by being short and unfriendly to me further, after she was correcting me by saying the same thing I had already kindly said.

I will recommend Melange in Haddonfield to anyone . Their store is so cute and they have the cutest selection of baby clothes. I like that they different pieces that you can't just find anywhere. They are more like a children's boutique which I like. I got the cutest little knit baby booties and a matching hat, a baby blanket that is so soft I considered briefly keeping it for myself, and an outfit for when he gets a little bigger.
