Crust N Fire — Restaurant in Haddonfield

Welp I visited Haddonfield Crust & Fire today because I placed my order via the phone. When I arrived the lady saw I had a paper in my hand & asked if it's a Groupon? I said yes & gave it to her. She then says do you have it on your phone in the Groupon app? I said no because I honestly don't. The reason I PRINTED the Groupon is because I ALWAYS forget my password & would need to change it. She said next time show it on the phone. I looked at her as if she was crazy and thought to myself if she only knew the words I wanted to say to her. I was just in there about 2 weeks ago and received the wrong order. I called immediately and the manager told me to come in any day and he'll fix the mistake. I went in the next morning and he did fix the mistake gave me my correct order. I was going to give anywhere from a $5 to $10 tip today to show the manager appreciation for him fixing the mistake from the last time and I was going to let him know that I saw how busy it was in there a few weeks ago. By the lady telling me the next time show the Groupon on the phone that really ticked me off so it brought the tip down to $2 which is what I put in the jar. It only takes one person to mess something up. By the way I won't be buying any more Groupons for Haddonfield...

I’ve learned my lesson to NOT order from Crust N Fire Haddonfield. Multiple times ordering through Grub Hub, the food has just never shown up….despite calling the restaurant after placing the order and confirming. Unacceptable.

Let me add to this since they responded below. We ordered through Grubhub at 7:15. We called crust and fire at 7:25 to confirm they got our order (because in the past they have not gotten Grubhub orders). They said yes. About 45 min - hour later it still hadn’t been delivered so we called and asked. They said it was on its way. About 20min later it still wasn’t here. So we called back. The manager got on the phone and said we don’t have your order. With more prompting, he said oh yes we do it’s out for delivery. I said well you close in 15 min and in the past we have just not gotten our food. So he gave us a refund. The food then showed up around 8:50 and low and behold the receipt said they prepared our order at 8:24, meaning that when we called at 7:25 inquiring about our order they lied…and did not start preparing our order until the second time we called. This is now the third time something similar has happened. We kept ordering because we love their food but this is...

There are so many great places to try for lunch in Haddonfield. My good friend and I recently tried Crust N Fire.

It was a beautiful day to walk Kings Highway and the restaurant had lots of natural light (as you can probably tell from the photos) coming through their storefront windows. A variety of seating was available from high tops to regular height tables.

The menu has an eclectic assortment of dishes. From very healthy to being indulgent, there is something on this menu for every one. We went for healthy by ordering the Ginger Salmon and Broccoli healthy bowl and Taco healthy bowl. Who knew a taco bowl could taste so good without cheese (really)! We did add sweet potato waffle fries… Just because they look delicious. And they were!

The staff was SUPER friendly and attentive. Even helped us out with a toothpick.

The pizza looked so tempting. Next time!
