You canât return items after 10/18. I spent $116+ and tried returning them 40 minutes later after I decided on a different costume. The âmanagerâ openly admitted to me, along with the cashier, that they messed up and the cashier was suppose to tell me about the return policy. She then went and contradicted her own statement stating âwe arenât suppose to tell you, at the bottom of the receipt it states the no return policy.â To which I explained that makes zero sense since you need to purchase something to only then determine you canât return it⌠long story short, donât buy unless you know you want it and also they are robbing people blind without a care in the world. Spoke with Lauren at the guest services number who unfortunately could not help with the return, but did try and help by calling the store on my behalf as well. I called them and they told me itâs policy to put a retail home with delivery charge even tho it did not go thru.
