I'm extremely unhappy. Because my friend helped me buy clothes here on Thursday, and the size was coincident. I brought it over today to return and exchange goods. I paid by card. But I forgot the ticket, and the drive now takes an hour one way. But the manager here was only willing to let me exchange it for the same one. I said I would not go back and exchange it for the same price, but she cried and let me exchange it, and the headphones were very connected in series. The employees were nice, the company policies however… are another story. I would have happily exchanged in store, unfortunately, in my experience, Uniqlo isn’t very size-inclusive in store so my size was unavailable as usual.
