A coworker of mine and I went in yesterday to look for a card for another coworkers birthday, we had to ask THE MANAGER OF THE STORE a simple and quick question as she was looking for a card for (I assume) another customer, and we were met with an eye roll and a rude look. You should be able to handle more than one customer as a retail store manager without having an unpleasant attitude. The store wasn’t even busy, but she seemed annoyed after storming out of the back room to come help, probably having a bad day but you most certainly shouldn’t make it so blatantly obvious to the customers around you. Typical warm and friendly Hallmark card and gift shop. Cards for ALL occasions covering most national, some cultural, and religious holidays to some that while tasteful may make your grandmother blush. Curio gifts, signs, picture frames, and collectibles other personal and home decor items that maybe just the item you need for that hard to shop for person. I have shopped here only a few times but each time the assistance has been tremendous with listening to what I was on the hunt for and providing suggestions that were right on target. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this store!!!!! Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a smiling face asking me how I’m doing today, not a pressure salesperson experience at all , that said when you do need something they are there to help!!!! They are always doing something fun like the weekly drawing for really cool giveaways, great sales!!! I would give this store a 10 stars if I could, if you haven’t made it out to this great store I encourage you to check it out soon and remember it’s ornament season soon!!!!!
