I witnessed her being very rude to the person in front of me, but I arrived in the line on the middle of the transaction, so I didn't wanted to make opinions without knowing what happened since the beginning. But it was my turn she was even more rude to me, she even raised her voice, which I really felt disrespected. It's sad because I frequent this store very often and in another visit a lady stopped me to vent, saying that she was treated very badly during her check out, I listened, but didn't know who was it, now I know who probably handled her transaction. I think this kind of store set up is great because not everyone wants to go to the large shopping malls in navigate those huge stores. Perfect for picking up online orders and talking to customer service, in and out quick. I like that the store is actually attractive and organized compared to a lot of those messy full-line stores. Also, if you have a little baby like myself the carts they have will make it impossible to shop with them and you’ll be carrying your pumpkin seat around the entire store.
