Very disappointed in this local hometown home furnishing store. I've been shopping there since it opened more than 15 yrs ago.

Recently purchased a small end table lamp for my Mom's b day on a Saturday. Asked the store manager if they could ensure it would deliver by the following Saturday. She said of course no problem we ship all the time.

Well 7 days later and the item never arrived so I called the store manager back and she said they didn't get it ready to ship in time and they were sorry. Sorry......I am furious with this place. Don't say you're going to do something and then not do it that's called BAD BUSINESS! If I would've known I would've gone and shipped it myself with UPS and my Mom would be enjoying her overpriced new gift from Wyoming Home the day before her birthday...but thanks to Wyoming Home she won't get it for 3 days after her birthday and actually not for another week because my parents are leaving for vacation the day it's supposed to deliver.

They should have called to let me know, they should've sent it overnight so it would've still made it in time. They should've done more to keep their word. They didn't call to let me know they just passed it off I'm sure as oh well. Well oh well I'll never shop here again, hope it was worth it.

I have always tried to shop local as Cheyenne struggles to compete with the likes of Ft Collins and Denver being so close with more variety and more affordable. But after spending $1,000's at Wyoming Home over the last 15+ yrs I'm done. They don't keep their word, they don't put customers first, very expensive and I'm done giving them money.

And you should be very cautious if you ask them to ship something if you need it by a specific date. They'll lie to you and let you down just like they did me...

IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR THE BEST QUALITY PRODUCTS, SHOP HERE. I wish I could give this place a 10 star rating! They deserve it!! I found them on Instagram through someone else I followed, & I immediately saw their post of cowhide rugs. I messaged the store through Instagram & was immediately responded to by the owner with plenty of information & she even offered to ship to me here in Missouri! The price was lower than many cowhide rugs I’d seen, & I’ve been wanting to order one for months now. I took the risk & hoped it would be perfect. I AM BLOWN AWAY!!!! The rug turned out to be a furniture-quality hide & it was absolutely GORGEOUS. Way better than I had expected!!! I’m so pleased with my purchase & will definitely do business again in the future! My wife bought a festive mug at a small shop in Vermont during our honeymoon. After months of use, it broke in our aging dishwasher. After a long search online to find a replacement, I found one in stock at Wyoming Home... or so it appeared. After realizing that the mug was no longer at the store, Carman worked with me, never gave up, and remembered my order while waiting for the supplier to ship new mugs.
