It is part of the main office for Bank of America. The building is tall and modern and new looking. The branch just opened August 2024 so it’s modern with new pods like offices with charging stations where you sit and talk with a staff person. I went in and instantly the staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful. The person who serviced me Shruptika was very attentive and nice and informative. I was very happy w the whole experience. Only thing about being downtown is no parking for those who drive. Take CTA.
