Market Creations — Restaurant in Chicago

The former location inside the Opera House reminded of a school cafeteria, so I stopped going. I visited the new location and was pleasantly surprised. The establishment is clean, modern and well lit..and now includes more seating and bar service. I'm not a fan of buffets, as some people show little respect for sneeze guards, so I tend to go as soon as they fill the chaffing dishes and trays. Great variety of hot and cold food. Over the course of the last two years, the quality of this food has plummeted and the prices have skyrocketed. A burrito bowl that used to be $11 now costs $17 and is smaller, lower quality and stuffed with fillers. The meat portion isn’t enough to serve a 5 year old child. The customer service is horrible here, the prices are overrated to be served leftovers everyday. The oatmeal is watery like soup. The cashiers are rude and do not have any customer service skills.
