Blue Mercury had really never been on my shopping radar, despite knowing and entering its boutique when first launched. And after a poor experience at one of its locations I wrote it off. Until one Sunday afternoon walking up State Street when Marlene, Manager changed my opinion. Marlene is knowledgeable, gracious and fully present for to the client standing in front of her. She makes you feel welcome. And I so enjoy my shopping experience here. I am a valued person, not a metric. Marlene imparts the same "Tao of Tea" mindset with her other associates one of whom being Bianca. And I also enjoy interfacing with their brand ambassadors from Augustine Bader and Indie Lee.
