Stopped in for a last minute pedicure and the lady was doing fine until she ripped a scab that was on top of my toe off that’s been healing for a week which first off hurt very badly and started bleeding everywhere. She then proceeded to take some blue liquid that seemed like an alcohol product on a stringy piece of cotton and shove it into the cut because it would not stop bleeding. She ran it under water and it would not stop bleeding and then tried to shove more of the stringy cotton into the cut. She gave me a bandaid to put on it. Now I will have a scar on my toe and have to walk around with a bandaid on my new pedicure. That wasn’t even the worst part… at the end I handed her a 50 dollar bill as my pedicure was supposed to be 63 And she was extremely mad. I told her i’m not paying her full price after she just ripped my scab clean off and now i have a bandaid and it stings. The best part was her trying to say that I asked her to rip my scab off my foot…. Actually so insane and I would not have written a bad review if she had not tried to blame me after causing me pain and bleeding and now I have to walk around with a bandaid and eventually a scar because of her. Extremely rude and unprofessional and who thinks to rip a scab off someone’s foot? I also had my airpods in the entire time so no I was not speaking to her and did not tell her to do that because why would I. Everything would have been fine if she had not done that and then reacted that way. I went there on Thursday evening 05.27.21 to do no chip manicure for my trip to Miami next day. On Sunday 05.30.21 my nails were looking all cracked with grey lines. I have been to so many places and this never happened before . It will last me at least 3 weeks . The reason why I’m writing a review is because the way they treated me . I paid $45 including tips for my nails to last long , not 3 days . For that, I would have paid for a regular manicure. They said that if I come again next time I will have to pay for it . She uses this special UV dip powder, and I have never ever had a manicure last this long without chipping, look so good, and have my natural nails grown out so long.
