So this is long overdue…but MUCH deserved. When I was first looking for rings for my now wife I had no idea what I was doing but I had an idea what I was looking for. Nothing was standing out to me. I went to numerous places before talking to a coworker who had used Bowen Arrow Diamonds and Design before. Their ring looked beautiful! I got Sarah’s number and gave her a call…I knew she could tell I really didn’t know anything, but she was nice enough to talk me through Ring 101 and bring me in for a consultation.

Upon meeting Sarah, I knew she was the one I wanted to work. She was not only kind and thorough, but actually listened to what my ideas were, worked EXACTLY within my budget, and was honest with me about everything along the way. I received both virtual 360 mocks of the ring, and got to see every diamond choice before making a decision. I NEVER felt like I was getting my chain yanked and always the best service!

After a couple of meets, Sarah helped me decide on a custom ring and it turned out absolutely beautifully. The day it was ready for pick up I was going out of town and Sarah worked her schedule around mine so I could have it before leaving. I mean, she is the absolute greatest to work with!

Needless to say, my wife loved her ring! We got engaged in Jan 2020, and hitched in June of 2021. And who did our Wedding Bands? You guessed it - Bowen Arrow Diamonds and Design. And my wife got to see how enjoyable, thorough, professional, and great Sarah is to work with first hand. Not only that, but she also got an extremely affordable custom band to match her engagement ring. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

Sarah is amazing to work with for custom jewelry. I imagined what my engagement ring would look like and sort of had an idea of what I wanted. I didn't know who to work with. I saw on social media a ring that was close to the idea I was thinking of. Luckily, Bowen Arrow Diamonds was tagged in the picture. I got the courage to reach out to Sarah to see if she could create my dream engagement ring.

Sarah was prompt in responding throughout the whole process. She kept me updated step by step. She listened to my ideas and gave me her professional opinions.
