Importantly he created a custom computer design draft and wax model prototype to help me realize my vision and validate the choices I was making. I loved the diamond on my engagement ring, but there was always just a little something off whenever I looked down at my hand. As I was coming up on my 5th wedding anniversary, my husband and I were looking to add an anniversary band and I thought that this would be a good time to do the little "fix" on my engagement ring setting. From the first few minutes of speaking with Danny, he shined through as the utmost professional and made me feel confidence that I would get exactly what I was dreaming about. Danny is an excellent listener. He understands how we all have ideas of how we want a piece of jewelry to look and yet maybe not the lingo for how to describe it. Danny is very patient and informative. He was very genuine and worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, while offering his expert advice to help guide the design. He is an example of a professional who takes great pride in his work and now I'm like like my friend, who must insist that I won't go anywhere else...

Let me start by saying: I am a guy who knows NOTHING about Jewelry.

Daniel made this not only an easy process, but an informative and stress-free one as well. I was incredibly nervous about the prospect of getting the right ring, but Daniel broke it down perfectly and made it easier than i ever would have imagined. He walked me through everything step by step, explaining everything that went into the ring, pricing, advantages of different cuts, diamond types, styles of ring, materials to use, everything we needed to cover, he covered eloquently and informatively in a way that was not at all intimidating or pressured.

Daniel himself was accessible 100% of the way through the process, easy to reach for calls, easy to text whenever. He was always updating me and making sure I was informed.

The ring itself was absolutely stunning and far exceeded my and more importantly, my fiancee's expectations. She has told me probably 15 times how perfect it is and I've caught her staring at it and smiling about 8 times... and she's only had it for 48 hours.

There is no one you can (and should!) trust more to get your big moment right than Daniel. Everything from interacting with him, to the appointment itself, to the ring and the follow up was absolutely perfect.
