The worst experience in Chicago. Everything was great in Chicago but this store experience was terrible. This is a brand that I love, but for an employee to walk up to me and disrespectfully warn me about something is not right. I had to sit on a table due to a momentary dizziness and weakness while my mom was in the store looking for something. Instead of asking me if I was okay, she walked up to me and said "this table is not designed for people to sit" and left. However, I sat down again because I felt dizzy and she entered the store again running, "I won't warn you again, I already warned you once". At that moment, when I asked my mom to leave the stuff she got, but before us she pulled the things out of het hand and said "I warned you once, then leave. Goodbye." Just because I am not from the US does not give anyone the right to treat me this way. One star just for the name...

If I could give them 1000 stars, I would these women at the store are literal Lifesavers. I forgot my phone in an Uber and they all helped me. each and everyone of them made sure that I was able to get my phone back till the very last moment, they made sure that I did not panic and they were extremely sweet .corporate is very lucky to have such amazing workers like this phenomenal woman. I can’t thank them enough . If you ladies are reading this truly from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for helping me and making sure that I got my phone back. Just wanted to give a shout out to Emily. I came in looking for clothes for an interview (after having been to 4 stores already) and asked for her help. She was great and provided me with lots of options to try on. I wore one of the shirts we decided on to the interview and guess what.. I got the job!...
