TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE MANAGER. RIO F is unprofessional, incompetent, and inappropriate. I walked into this store to trade in a phone for a new phone, there was no employees able to help us so we stood around and waited, I walked over to the iPhone 17 area to look at them and was grabbing them to see how they felt. When all of a sudden RIO appeared out of no where, and immediately told me to leave, he claimed I was stealing and did not give me the opportunity to speak or explain myself. I have no necessity to steal and have been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years, all I wanted to do was trade in a phone. I was not going to argue with him, so I walked outside to call the police and corporate. Once police arrived he lied to them and told them he told me to stop messing with the store fixture connected to the phone which I was not messing with and he did not say anything at all!! He lied to the police about the entire experience. Overall unprofessional and not appropriate, left very disappointed in T-Mobile as a whole especially because RIO is supposedly a Manager. RIO is INCOMPETENT and LACKING when it comes to customer service. I WOULD ADVISE IF YOU GO TO THIS STORE, DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING AND WALK IN WITH YOUR HANDS UP WHERE THEY CAN SEE THEM SO THEY DON’T THINK YOU ARE STEALING.

I visit this location often because its right down the street from where i work. When i visited the store a few days ago, I couldnt help but make it a priority to write a review for them.

The reps before really didnt know what they were doing. "i dont know" was their easiest way out of answering any questions lol. But this time when I walked in, I felt like everything was different. Their customer approach, engaging customer service, and how eager they were to help me find exactly wat I was looking for really caught my attention. Maybe its because this time, there were many new faces in the store. Unlike before, no rep was just standing around. Michael helped me out as I wanted to upgrade my personal line to family and boost up my data package. He layed out all the options i have and honestly helped me find one that is most beneficial for my family AND MY POCKET!!! Michael had answers to almost all of my questions (which was a first). He helped me choose between an iphone 6 vs the galaxy s5 according to what suits me the best. Overall I thought that the customer service was on point. Kudos to the Tmobile team for finding better associates that fit their line of work. Michael was properly educated in the products and services offered. I made sure to let the manager know about how well he did and promised them a positive review on multiple review sites. A+++...

Extremely unprofessional store manager, Laquanda and rude employee named Tony. I went into the store on Sunday for a new phone and was directed by an employee to put in a warranty claim and my new phone would arrive the next day. It never came the next day, I called Tuesday to see if it came and Tony refused to confirm it and help me. When I went into the store, Laquanda refused to give me my device I had been waiting two days for, instead pressuring me into purchasing a phone instead. I gave in because I got tired of being without a phone for 2 days at that point. However, Tony began to antagonize me infront of Laquanda the store manager and she refused to correct him. When I asked her why she wasnt correcting him she ignored me and dismissed my inquiry. When I asked her not to be dismissive her reply was "sorry I feel that way." I then inquired about the district manger's information and Laquanda refused to share that as well. After, it was clear there was no escaping her unprofessionalism I told her that I would no longer continue with upgrading my cell phone because of how I was being treated she laughed and her and Tony began to mock me...
