I came across Natuzzi by chance; I had been looking for a high quality and beautiful furniture store for a long time; I found this and more; I have bought a great deal of furniture from Natuzzi; the quality of materials and manufacturing excellence is second to none; I encountered a few issues and this is the weak point of Natuzzi; although their Design and Quality is superb, they are not very good at handling the small issues they might have; It is pretty frustrating as you would expect a better handling of their logistics and support for a high end retailer at this price level; The best part of the experience has been dealing with Mila; as their store manager, she has been very professional and supportive and tried to address the issues as best as she can; I don't think I would have been as comfortable tolerating some of the small issues that have occurred if it hadn't been for Mila and her professionalism. I love Natuzzi's furniture and at the price level it is, Natuzzi should be able to deal with the issues far better than they have so far. In addition to Mila, her Design staff, specifically Deborah, were a pleasure to deal with. For the record, I bought more than an entire household of furniture, bedroom, living room, dining room and library; I shopped at similar retailers, such as Roche Bobois and found Natuzzi to be the best match for my taste; Although the furniture is expensive, in my opinion, it is worth it; if only they could fix...
Read moreI purchased an electric reclining lounge chair November 2023. The sales associate, Alexis knew that the chair was missing a crucial required for the functionality of the chair. We were assured that the piece would be ordered, yet when the chair was delivered almost 2 months later the piece was missing. Upon calling the store, I was told to call customer service instead which I did. The missing piece had never been ordered by the sales associate and customer service informed me that it may take 6-8 weeks for delivery. There has been an incredible lack of communication and accountability for 1)not ordering the part in the first place and 2)not letting us know when the part will be shipped. I have reached out many times and do not receive replies other than "we will look into this" which is incredibly unhelpful. Read moreThe delivery of my item was an abysmal experience. After months of waiting for the item to be manufactured, we waited three additional weeks for their delivery team to schedule the delivery. The delayed reason was because they needed a larger team. Once the team delivered the item, the so-called "white glove" service dragged the piece across our hardwood floors, leaving a mark in the floor. That took several more months to resolve with them.
When the delivery team left, they didn't discard of all the trash and left some of it in our unit. The trash they did take out of our unit was disposed of on the ground of our lobby.
The delivery company never took responsibility for their behavior. We can't in good conscience recommend Natuzzi, as the whole process from the day we paid for our item to the day our floors were addressed was more...
