Two weeks ago my favorite ring was misshapened after my two pets used it as their chew toy without my knowledge. I was absolutely devastated 😢 so based on all these wonderful reviews I called Paul up and explained 💔 what had happened to my rose gold snake 🐍 pinky 💍 ring.

He assured me he could fix it so I hopped into an Uber and showed him a horribly crushed up and cracked snake 🐍 ring.

He said he could follow the old design and fix it but it would take approximately a week-- maybe even a little sooner. He measured my pinky ring 💍 size just to make sure how to remold the correct size and told me to check back again in a week's time.

I called six days later and it not only looked just as good as new but it fit my ring even better than before since it was sized correctly. My ring 💍 now looks sparkly ✨ because obviously he cleaned the diamonds 💎 too. It was fixed within six days and the price was incredibly fair. I paid around $130ish including taxes so I was relieved!

I highly recommend Paul to anyone seeking complex repairs and I'd definitely come back for other repairs and custom jewelry in the near future!

I visited this Jewelers after a recommendation was given when I purchased a men’s watch at the Macy’s. Department Store up the street. I needed to have the watch sized for my female wrists, I was greeted and assisted right away. The whole transaction took less then twenty minutes and only cost me $15.00 for the adjustment. The folks were friendly and it dawned on me when I was there that I had been in this Jewelry Store before. This Jewelers has been in this location since the early 1980’s when I used to work in that area as a twenty something. My co-workers at the time used to purchase their jewelry and accessories here all the time. The family offered a lay way plan and the owner was very flexible with payment plans; particularly to those that were returning customers. He knew customers on a first name basis and was helpful and knowledgeable with all things jewelry.
