Got diarrhea after the milk tea I hope it’s not because of this but this is the only thing I had that day…

Replies to your response: Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review. I would like to clarify that the reason for my two-star rating is that I experienced diarrhea after consuming the milk tea. Although I genuinely hope my discomfort was not caused by your product, I want to emphasize that it's not my first time ordering hot milk tea with milk foam. Additionally, please note that the ginger tea was not hot—it was warm upon arrival—and the milk foam was not cold; rather, it served merely as an added flavor, as I typically prefer.

This milk tea was the only item I consumed that afternoon around 3 pm after having an early breakfast, which prompted my review.

I also want to emphasize that my review was not intended as a personal criticism or an attack on your staff. I recognize and respect your commitment to quality and safety standards. My intention was simply to share my honest experience to help maintain product quality and safety for all customers.

Furthermore, I have concerns about the privacy of my personal information. I did not provide my email address during the ordering process, yet my order details were easily identified and publicly discussed. This raises significant privacy concerns. I would appreciate clarification on how this information was obtained and how customer privacy will be ensured going forward.

Thank you for understanding the context of...

The food looks so amazing. Jian is like a savoury crepe made from mung bean and flour filled with stuff. I will say though that the flavor isn't as intense as the visual. It could've been spicier, saltier, sweeter... all that but it was still light and filling. And natural. It is crunchy and the crawfish pieces were perfect. I think of the jian as more of a hearty snack than a meal. It has the soft egg around it. Some crunchy stuff inside, veggies like lettuce, light sauce, and protein of choice.

I ordered the crawfish one. And what's nice is you can sub organic eggs, but you're going to pay more for it. You also get to customize your spice level which is nice. The spiciest isn't that spicy though for those of us who love spice. It's not even at the level of Sriracha. Also ordered a Assam black boba tea. The screen didn't let me sub out the boba for coconut lychee Jelly so I just asked the barista and he took care of it. So day it was still too sweet even though I asked for the less sugar option. Not the best tea I've had but wasn't horrible.

Overall great experience. Not too much starting, only one ordering kiosk so not super efficient and small but will definitely grow since it's the city's...

Please visit this tiny little boba shop in the Washington station. I always end up transferring from Lake to Washington just to stop by.

The fruit tea is absolutely delicious and not overly sugary. I had the peach jasmine tea when i first came here and i was impressed, as some boba shops make them too sweet for me.

My new favorite is their signature Brown Sugar Milk Tea. It’s a classic to every single tea shop and you can almost never go wrong with it, but there’s just something about theirs i love so much — i end up downing it so quickly it leaves me wanting more. The man who opens the tea shop makes every drink with love and has always been very kind. He’s very skilled at what he does. I don’t see enough customers coming here, which makes me sad. His attitude and optimism when he sees a customer is unlike any other.

The tea shop is easy to miss, but it’s in Washington station. It’s like where those Dunkin’ Donuts stalls are in certain train stations. Among a see of Dunkin’s you have this sweet boba...

Nice boba place in the train station, so don't look for it on the street level. I walked down the Washington station entrance on N. Dearborn St. As soon as you walk down the stairs, you'll see it. It's right outside the blue line entrance and by the Block 37 doors. There were about 4 people ahead of me, but he was making all the drinks very quickly. To save both of you time, you can order and pay at the ordering kiosk. Has all the common boba tea drinks, but also some of their own creations. Have the usual options of adjusting the sugar and ice levels to your preference. I ordered with a little sugar & regular ice, but it was still plenty sweet. Drink was delicious and the service was amazing. It was just one person doing everything and he was very efficient. Good place to come for authentic boba drinks.

This is a little gem!!! Tea Monster's JianBing is oh so good! I can see why they say it's China's most popular street food! We ordered the chicken breast and the 5 hour pulled pork options, and chose to include a monster smoothie to top it off. What a choice! If you are in the mood to try something new, or you are just simply hungry, and If you are in the area of Washington Street Blue Line North entrance (Dearborn Str), enter the Pedway below the street and look right. Chose one of the JianBings and be amazed, overjoyed, blown away and super impressed at your taste buds' feedback! You will be back for more. We sure will!
