(2/12/24) Updated After going through many surgeries. A total of (6) in my lifetime to build the perfect bottom/ body. My 5th + 6th surgery which was with Dr. Shifrin. He should have been my surgeon the first time to avoid years of mistake by other doctors and money wasted down drain. Dr. Shifrin fixed me up and gave me my dream body. He is a true artist when it comes to creating the perfect "Derriere." He wins! He knows his stuff. In the past. I have been to the so-called best doctors, and they all seem cookie cutter, or they aim for the one size fit all approach. Dr. Shifrin is different. He listens to your concern. He makes sure you don't walk out looking hideous,but at the same time, get exactly what you want. Anyways, I was able to get 715cc last year which is the biggest any person can get before it needed to be customized (which is already really huge,but I had to get many surgery to get that size. To stretch out the muscle to go bigger everytime. Shifrin also gave me a full bbl. I had extreme flabby arms from my last pregnancy. He made my arms tiny/ snatched that waist to 24 inches. It even stayed that way all these years. Loved my results, but got bootay greed! 6th Surgery he special ordered 1000cc. Cost more for the custom size and only being that big. I needed to go through so msy surgery to get to this point. 110 lbs so I was afraid it will show lines. But with Shifrin I never had it show. Looks better than the last. This time, it looks bigger as I was able to achieved the "S" curve. Like a shelf on the back. You would never know these were implants. He did take his time to special order+ customize it by drawing it up. I originally had a very odd shape buttock. So, the last few sets have never looked right from other doctors. The shape he drew up is a perfect fit. Any angle I move or bend,they just looked like they belonged on me. Thanks to Dr.Shifrin. I trusted him last time & grateful to top off my built foundation from Shifrin to now a perfect 10. On a side note... Viktoria,my coordinator, made it such a pleasant experience from consultation, payments,bloodwork orders, and millions of questions beforehand. The office was easily reached very quickly for any concern via email, phone, and text. The office text message number line was flawless. Everything responded in seconds. (7/2022) Very gateful to have had surgery and chose my full body makeover with Dr. Shifrin, after having my baby 4 months ago and not a single regret . Of course, the pain is excruciating, but that comes with any surgery, wanting to look beautiful! As many cosmetics surgeries I have done in the last 20 years from other doctors where I was never satisfied with my results until now.I researched long/ hard for the last 2 years. I have seen so many positive 5 stars reviews on the realself and on YouTube. I knew he was the doctor I had to go to even if the price was a bit more. I see why!!! It's worth every penny! I wanted to see if it was really all true! YES, IT IS! I'm glad I took my chance. I see why hundreds of people each year fly to see Dr. Shifrin from all over as he changed their lives for the better! I did come in with fear after my failed past experiences from other top doctors in the state. Dr. Shifrin changed that completely and made me feel at ease, comfortable taking every thought and doubt away. I showed him my wish photo, and honestly, he gave me a better body than the photos. He gave me a mold of a VIXEN body. Way way better than I expected. I love the fact that he is very honest in the get go on if you can give you what you want. Even down to the size and every body part. Not only that, but he is very straight to the point with everything and will never sugar coat anything just to make you feel good. It took me almost two years to decide on lipo (which seems so ridiculous now!), but I was very scared of not only the surgery itself but the possible complications. I read so much about it, watched youtube videos and etc, and my biggest fear was that I would get lumps or irregularities. I even canceled my surgery like two days before ... which according to the policy I'm pretty sure they could have kept the money at that point and told me to stop wasting their time, but instead I received a very kind response just kind of like its fine think about if you want to reschedule, we'll figure it out. I ended up giving it another shot and i'm so happy i did! As a person who has worked out my entire life, i could never get the waist i truly wanted. My "love handles" just would never go away and in general i had stubborn back fat and some fat in front (my kids definitely didnt help lol). So i was kind of small, but when wearing tight dress for example, i never had a smooth silhouette which was so frustrating and felt unfair with all the dieting I was doing. So the lipo for me was a well deserved treat for myself. I finally got the silhouette I always wanted and worked for! And actually, I was so excited about it that it made me want to work out more, so I built up on those result. So for me, it was not only the instant gratification of a beautifully improved silhouette, but more importantly, a boost of confidence and a big push to work on myself in other areas because I no longer felt defeated. My stomach, back, and sides are very smooth and there are no signs of lipo AT ALL. No irregularities, no scars, no bumps. If I knew it was going to look this good and smooth I would have done this years ago, after I had my second child. I waited over a year to write this, so I can give best advice. I was worried that i would mess up results if my weight fluctuated, but i am happy to report thatif you lose or gain weight (which I've done both), your skin looks completely normal, no irregularities. And if you work out and diet you truly get your best almost chiseled result. Those areas respond very quickly.

Anyways, if you are looking for lipo. Don't wait, and don't be scared. (ps. don't let people tell you "you took the easy way"... surgery is anything but "easy" way out. it is financial commitment and a psychologically challenging decision. find a good team and do what you want. Personally, I am very grateful to Dr. Shifrin and his staff and I feel confident recommending...

As referenced by a previous reviewer, the decision to have plastic surgery and find a doctor that I really liked and trusted was a very serious one. I vacillated on the decision for a couple years. Finally, I decided to take the plunge with Dr. Shifrin and what a truly wonderful decision it has been. I cannot praise that staff enough!! The two young ladies at the desk were so friendly and personable despite the fact that they were apparently quite busy. The office and exam room were very clean and well kept. Upon Dr. Shifrin's arrival to the exam room, I wanted to run and hide because I was VERY uncomfortable with my body. Dr. Shifrin was so down to earth, so knowledgeable, and very reassuring. I decided right then that this was the place for me.

When I came in for pre-op, the MA Connie, was awesome! I was extremely disgusted by the idea of taking pictures of my body. Connie was so patient with me and personable, she totally distracted me, took the pictures quickly, and made me feel completely comfortable. The scheduling and payment processes were quite smooth, too. A lot to sign but again, the 2 ladies took time to explain everything, lay out payment options, and one of them even shared her personal experiences with plastic surgery. Both of them were so friendly and very patient with me.

On the morning of surgery, I was blown away by how nice and accommodating the surgical staff is, not to mention efficient. Dr. Shifrin came in greeted me by name, marked me, and off to surgery I went. Nurse Kelly was an absolute doll and the anesthesiologist was very thorough. When I woke up, the staff provided excellent care.

Recovery was rough. This is real surgery! Despite this, each time I called with questions, the staff was supportive and thorough. Dr. Paul was just the best!! Each time I came in for post-op visits and follow ups, the staff was so reassuring and always cheered me on. Dr. Shifrin was the same friendly guy. He greeted me with a hug and was very complimentary.

Overall, I am elated with my results and the whole experience. I feel so much more confident when I walk into a room. My clothes fit so much better. (In fact, some of them are too big [I had a lot of "fat" clothes]. I am actually shopping for a bikini which is something I had not even considered in the last 16 years.) I do not at all regret my decision to have surgery with Dr. Shifrin and I would definitely return to him if I decide upon further "alterations" in the future. He is...
