I placed an order for quite a few things there months ago. They, apparently, have an inconsistent delivery policy or no delivery policy at all. I paid, fully, for several items months ago. It took them nearly a month to deliver most of the items AFTER NUMEROUS VISITS AND TELEPHONE CALLS. They delivered everything that I paid for after all that time and all my inquiries except one item.. I was informed that the item that I paid for was broken and they would get me another one.. I still waited for another month. They informed me that, " they wouldn't have it the next week or the following week". Then their bizarre delivery policy kicks in again. Sounds like a third month. There is a manager there who has very little to NO customer care expertise or experience. Be prepared for an EXTREMELY AWKWARD AND BIZARRE CUSTOMER CARE EXPERIENCE THAT COULD POTENTIALLY...

I highly recommend this store to anyone newly moved to Chicago. I had to get a small desk and dresser (chest of drawers). I got a new looking cherry wood writing desk and a black Ashley Furniture Dresser with the tags still on for a total of $248 before taxes. Adding delivery was the best decision I made because I got it added for $59 and they told me at the latest it would get there Saturday. I got it THE NEXT DAY. If you're good at detailing and DIYs, with a little furniture polish, there may be some unique finds tucked away. I’ve shopped at this store in the past and had good experiences, but my recent visit was disappointing. I stopped in the other day looking for furniture and spent over twenty minutes browsing, seeing several pieces that caught my interest. Unfortunately, the associate working never acknowledged me or offered any assistance. Instead, she was on the phone the entire time, engaged in a heated personal conversation that sounded like an argument with her partner. It was unprofessional and made me feel like my business wasn’t valued. I ended up leaving empty-handed—not by choice, but because no effort was made to help me.
