Horrible experience! The entrance looked apocalyptic and abandoned with no proper signage or lighting to direct you to the front desk which was located upstairs. The room was not like the pictures in the marketing. There was a lot of blood on the floor of one of the elevators and when I alerted staff, she stated that she told them about that the night before. My room was never cleaned and when I asked the manager, he stated it was upon request only. We are in the middle of a pandemic still, why are the rooms not cleaned regularly? Booked the panoramic room. The views are mediocre mostly of highrises with people actively living. I'm looking at them and they're looking at me. I had to pull the shades down for privacy. The room smelled old and slightly mildewy. Anything with a wooded finish needs to be refinished due to wear and Furniture needs to be updated and charging stations need to be installed. Had to call to get the headboard cleaned, due to oil and residue from the previous guest on it. Some of the guests were slightly loud and ignorant. The only ice machine is on the 5th floor. i went there wanting to make an appointment. no dates for when i wanted to book, so i booked for a much later date. i asked if i could use the steam room. they said yes. get in the common spa bathing area, the door handle on the steam room is broken. no clean towels in sight. no floor mat in sight. definitely not what i am used to in a spa that offer steam and/or salt rooms. when i left i ended up canceling my later spa appointment because i was so disappointed in the amenities...
