Vaystays — Local services in Chicago

I used Vaystays for my wedding week in Costa Rica this past fall and I was pretty happy with how everything turned out. I had my immediate family and some relatives to stay at the Pacific Azure house in Mal Pais, Costa Rica (10 people in total) and it worked out perfectly because the rest of our wedding guests found homes within minutes of the house. The home was just like it looked, the pool was smaller than I thought but who needs a pool when you have the Pacific Ocean nearby? Wes worked with me in answering all my questions of the booking and was super polite and quick to respond. (And believe me, I had a ton of questions--it was my wedding, afterall!) The only thing I'd recommend is making sure you get clear directions if you're staying at the Pacific Azure house, there are no addresses in Mal Pais and you really need to pay attention in order to get there. Overall, I'd trust the site and would use them again...

We were excited to book with this company as the reviews and properties looked amazing. We found a property in San Diego and were so close to confirming and making a payment but something didn't feel right. The pictures presented indicated -"Verified rental & Verified Photo' were posted. After googling the pictures presented on the site we found the exact photo but it wasn't located in San Diego. It was in Ibizia, Spain! Our confidence in this site and booking has been lost. Don't be scammed. Make sure you do some additional research before booking!!!!

Contacted the company to provide feedback and although the listing was removed no additional follow up was made. We also found another booking that again included "Verified rental & Verified Photo". Upon some additional research we found the exact pictures from Ibizia Spain. Do your...

We are so glad we found Vaystays. After spending way too much time searching for a trustworthy site to book our vacation rental, a friend told me to try this one. Booking was super easy, and the guy who helped me out over the phone (Wes, I think) was friendly and got back to me in a timely manner.
