3 Seas — Local services in Chico

I purchased a bottle of Mersea sugar coconut lotion. When I tried to open it, the pump wouldn’t work. The lotion smelled awful too! I sent it back because on the website it said if returning something it needs to be returned within 14 days. I paid $15 to return that small bottle. When I called and ask the owner if she could reimburse me she told me they don’t reimburse for returns. I told her that the bottle was broke & she told me that I didn’t turn it counter clock wise. Not only did I try turning it (both ways) but my husband did too. So I don’t feel I should have gotten stuck paying that hefty return fee for a defective smelly bottle of lotion that their boutique sold me. That’s ok, lesson learned. I will never shop here again!...

3Seas was great. We were looking for fun, creative gifts for family and friends and we found something great for almost everyone on our list. Great atmosphere, fun beach theme, and lots of quirky hilarious items I'd never seen before! The owner Kim was fun, funny, and super helpful. Will be back soon for upcoming birthdays!
