Clean, fun store! Usually I go to the other store in Chico because it's closer but I decided to check this one out too. Brought in some games to return, they gave me more that I thought I'd get and the lady working the register was friendly and did a great job explaining all their new policies for trade ins and discounts. So outside of Pokemon products I'd give a 4 but as of recent with the pokemon cards it's pretty stupid how they are going about it. Having only 8 of a product and letting ppl get 2 per person is absurd. It should be 1 per person at that point, also only getting in 8 of a product when you know you're going to have a line of ppl waiting hours before opening time. Friendly staff, attentive to my presence. Stock was decent for a couple weeks before Christmas. I just hate how you can buy a new game and get an unwrapped copy handled by everyone under the sun, and they can just put a sticker on the case and call it NEW, but if I tried that they'd take pause to my attempts to return an opened game case.
