Cinnabon — Restaurant in Chico

I never write reviews but I just had the most terrible experience at this location. First of all, the customer service was terrible! The girls that were working had no idea what they were doing and was just talking and laughing. I was the only one in line but didn't get attended to after their laughing fit. When I was ordering, the girls was very rude and was rushing me to order. When I got my cinnamon roll, it was very stale and hard as if it was sitting there for hours! My first and last time going to Cinnabon in Chico. They either need a new manager or better start training...

Was approached by the Chico location manager of why I didn't place my order online. I was literally walking through the mall and decided to stop by to redeem my free birthday drink. She said she was limited to place the order on her register. But yet it went through on my app and she was able to override the transaction. How was I supposed to know that her register didn't work?
