I had the best customer service experience. Today's my mother's birthday and I called to see of there were any French presses available. Rosa answered the phone and I explained to her the reason for my call. She kindly put me on hold and I gave a couple details of what type of French press I was looking for before she went to do a visual check for me on the floor. Rosa offered me to go look and after I gave her details about the product and said thank you so much. Rosa's response was a genuine ' Not a problem '. She said it like a loving mother would speak to her child. I never had anyone speak to me with such care. Rosa is a kind and caring person.
