Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Chico

I've been to a lot of different Chipotles. this one on 20th customer service was rude. today is February 1st at 3:00 p.m. 2025. won't be back to this one and may just find a whole another place to go. pita pit sounds a lot better about right now.. not quite sure how they got a four rating. the service great that is zero atmosphere of 0 because they made me feel so uncomfortable being in there. worst experience ever I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I would have read the reviews before I spent my money at this place. I will not be returning as a matter of fact I won't be going to any Chipotles there's plenty of the restaurants to get my food. First off the girl making the food was complimenting a guy in front of me she was making his bowl like it should be made she gave him plenty of everything. so then it's my turn she gave me half of the ingredients then what she gave him. so then I thought well maybe he asked for extra everything or something I don't know. but then I get to the cashier and I asked if I can have salsa she said there's two sauces I said okay and she said I'll be right back she walked away and never came back. I was like wow really you're just going to turn your back on me. so then as I'm standing there waiting the girl that was making the food continue to help the other customers then the cashier comes back up you know that customers paid for their order and I'm still standing there like where's My salsa and then after they served everybody else then she goes she also wants salsa. so I actually stood there just to get some salsa when all they had to do was just put some in a little cup that's it I could have been on my way. that just made no sense. it's the way that it happened that made it extremely rude. but it's fine there's other places to eat at. I just would like people to be aware of how they may be treated if they go to that establishment on 20th I don't know about the other ones but the one on...

This place is GROSS! Do. Not. Eat. Here.

I was really excited to have some Chipotle for dinner tonight and watching the young man make our 2 bowls was disgusting. I should have just left the building before he finished.

The rice, beans and corn looked full and fresh. The problem was with everything else: the meat, onions/peppers, sour cream, etc....was the absolute bottom of the container. He had to scrape it and divide into two servings!

The cashier could see that I was disgusted and did nothing. At check out, I asked for my receipt and a phone number that I could call to complain and he just said, Phone number?" like he didn't know what a phone number was!

Lastly, on my way out I noticed the hellacious front door full of dirt, grime and who knows what!

The prices aren't all that bad for today's groceries but Geez! care a little bit! I will not be back to this location-No way! 🤢🤮

Edit-after an email response from the Company I learned that the portion for the meat should be 4 ounces. 4 ounces is a very reasonable portion. And I received about an ounce and a quarter....
