I hate leaving such reviews but this is across the board.
The Sephora EMPLOYEE(maybe had more than one I only saw one) young girl I believe red hair working 3/15 after 3pm needs a work from home job or maybe just needs some proper guidance from MANAGEMENT on how customer service can make or break a company such as Sephora. There was other young girls(2-3) in this store, in kohls, myself and that was it. Theft let’s say was a thing at this moment but I had a question on a promotion tag for Dr Zolts. I went up to ask this girl who was on her phone if she could help answer a question for me. She stood there like I was going to go into detail so I asked her to come with me so I can show her my question. Don’t do that by the way these young kids huff and puff while rolling eyes like they have such a difficult job and task. Anyway, I answered my own question and she just walked off. There was no one in this store to greet you, check on you to make sure you found or needed help finding what you needed. Zero care for her duties to make sure shelves looked nice, beauty stations stocked and cleaned to being a great example for Sephora and what their standards are. Which isn’t much anymore as this is yet another poorly ran in a mall/clothing store shop. I’d say I’m pretty much done with Sephora it’s just not worth it I’ll spend more money on something with the bonus of having great customer service. It’s breaking this company. This goes for all places lately. Parents to management, teach your kids please! Lock up the phones at work and mandate it. Teach them manors or get rid of them if they don’t...
Read moreThe person who checked us out (i believe her name was Amanda) was super sweet and asking us how our day was. The day was long and we were all exhausted so we just wanted to leave but she asked if we wanted to make a Kohl's account to save, even if we were denied an account, $30. We said sure because money is tight and if we can save money in any way we are going to. She said it would take maybe two minutes. We ended up signing everything and atleast three other people checked out before we were even close to being done. She had to have her manager scan a coupon to see if we would get money off so we waited....... And waited.... And waited.... And waited some more until we decided to just pay the full amount because we only ended up saving $10!! We were supposed to be saving atleast $30, maximum $40. Then as we were paying the manager strolled up and scanned the coupon, and walked away. Didn't say sorry for the wait or thank you for shopping or anything... We had been there for atleast fifteen minutes by then.... Not cool at all. 1/10 (gets a 1 because Amanda was very sweet and trying to...
Read moreUpon passing through the entrance double doors, you are greeted with a vast array of merchandise. On the first time it may be a little overwhelming.
Clothes for men, women, kids and a variety of other items laden the horizon from the get go. The sea of merch only broken up by the sale registrars strategically placed in a small island in front of the entrance.
We specifically went looking for mens jeans, so we eventually took a right from the entrance. Regular, slim, athletic, stretch/flex, straight, tapered, Wrangler, Levi’s, Sonoma… so much variety and dare I say, too many different sizes. We spent 30 minutes battling it out with the hoard of Jeans sitting on shelves/cubbies. Only to find 4 that matched the specific size we wanted out the hundred or so we quickly inspected.
The door to the fitting room is not visible from here. It is located behind this section, across the walkway, behind a wall. It is not adjacent to the jeans section in any way, initially this made it...
