Not what it used to be. The print team used to be great. I've been placing large business orders here since 2017 but the customer service continues to take a nose dive.
The last straw for me was when I submitted an order on a Monday morning that was supposed to be done by end of day only to get a call mid morning on Tuesday to find out that there's an issue with my design. The real kicker is that it's a design that I've submitted countless times and have had no issues with…I would've appreciated the call within the timeline that I requested so I could've gotten my order and not missed my deadline.
To top it off- Katie ignored my comment about the past deadline and insisted the design was incorrect in such an off-putting, rude tone that I felt not only inclined to bring my business elsewhere but also to write this review.

Read moreI went to the store on Friday 7/8/2023. I wanted to write this review Staples knows they have such an amazing employee, the computer guy was so nice and helpful at this store. I got hacked and this gentleman not only fixed the problem for me but he also showed me somethings on my laptop I didn't even know how existed, he was fantastic! His name is Stephan, he managed to help me and he seemed to have a full plate on his hands but he never ignored me. Read moreThis place is the most rude and inconsiderate locations but I have never imagined going to. I walked in and asked for help to find a copy machine they called someone over the loudspeaker for literally 15 minutes and no one came. There were four associates in the front tending to two customers no one helping me and then finally they said, can someone go into the back and ask if someone can come in and help this woman? Four employees on the front floor helping one person and no one would help me a customer who just walked in to buy a printer even though I knew I could get the exact model at a lower price.
