As of right now they have had my sons ipad since March. I took it there because it would not go past the apple symbol when powering on. I went ahead with giving them the go ahead for the repair which they said was the battery & charging port. After about a month I called to see if it was ready & was told that I had not yet told them to go ahead & fix it. And I had about a month before that. So far now I have been told they have tried 3 batteries & all have been bad batteries. I have also been told multiple things each time I call. I was then told about a month ago when I called it had been ready to pick up for about 2 weeks & they had called & left me a voicemail that it was ready. Never got a voicemail. I went in the next day to pick it up, the guy brings it out powers it on & proceeds to start checking me out, the iPad was not moving from the apple symbol I asked if it was going to go past that he said yes it just takes a couple mins sometimes. Needless to say it didn't go passed that. THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON THAT I TOOK IT THERE TO GET FIXED. PROBLEM NOT FIXED! I was told the battery needed replaced again (another "bad battery"). 6 days ago (Friday) I was told that the new battery came in & they would have it definitely ready by Tuesday. Tuesday came & no call. I call Wednesday & was told they battery would be in Thursday. Wait I thought the battery was in on Friday. I asked the guy to speak with a manager. No manager there & was told that he would give the manager a msg to call me on Thursday. I get a call today (not from the manager) "RELAYING" A msg for the manager. I told them I want my iPad back & my $50 diagnostic fee since obviously the problem wasn't diagnosed & nothing has been fixed. I was then told it's non refundable. I told the man I spoke with that I want to talk to the manager by Friday. He said he would relay the msg & when I asked "A manager will be calling me tomorrow right?" He said "All I can do is relay the msg to him." So now to wait for the manager to call tomorrow which I doubt that happens because rarely ever do they call back when they...
Read moreDo not recommend. Avoid this location. Dropped an iPad which we took in for repairs. We were assured that our iPad could be fix. With each week that passed, we were given an excuse that more parts needed to be ordered. We waited for "new parts" multiple times, I lost count. After the "we need additional parts" excuse had ran it's course, we were told that it could not be repaired, they had reached out to Apple who would send a refurbished iPad as a replacement. The iPad was supposed to be shipped to our home address. It never came. Guy in charge said it was accidentally sent to his store. We go in to pick it up and it wasn't there. His wife had it in Athens for some reason. Each day we'd get a text or call telling us that his wife was going to drop it off, which never happened. It was just one excuse after another. When his wife failed to deliver the iPad after multiple days, we were told that his son would deliver it, yet that did not happen either. We finally asked for it to just be taken to the store, we will gladly pick it up. Go into the store and it cannot be provided because it was allegedly locked in the guys office and conveniently enough, he didn't have the keys. Go back the next day and we were told that it was sold by mistake. I cannot express enough how much this place and interactions with the owner feel like a scam. We paid a significant amount of money for the repairs in advance. Owner said they were refunded, they were not. We've disputed the charges on our credit card which were refunded to us thankfully. We've also filed a complaint with the BBB. While we have gotten the money back that we paid in advance (thanks only to our Credit Card), we have not received our iPad back, broken or otherwise. It wouldn't surprise me in the least is the original, broken iPad was fixed and kept. There is something off going on in this store and it would be my advice to stay clear of doing any sort of business with this...

To make an 8-month long story short... I dropped off my sister's phone in August of 2022 to get the screen fixed so I could get the data off (she was in an accident and her phone was damaged). I paid the $200 to get the screen repaired. I used to replace screens and do device fixes, but I haven't for the last couple of years, but this is not new stuff for me.
After 1-2 weeks I checked in on the status and was told that the device had the screen on, but it wasn't registering touch, so they would need to do some "micro-soldering". I then paid another $200 for that service and was told it would take 4 weeks, which I understood.
Fast forward until December, I still didn't have the phone and was told that they were waiting for more parts from China. Then by February they realized that they weren't going to be able to fix the device for some unknown reason. I then asked if they could simply help me get the data off, which they were willing to try. Unfortunately, since I didn't know my sister's passcode they couldn't get the data off. I then asked if I could pick up the phone, but was told they would need to reassemble the device. This process was not completed for another 4 weeks. I finally picked up the device in mid-April....ALL THE FIND THAT IT STILL HAD THE OLD CRACKED SCREEN.
I would not recommend this business to anyone, even if you only needed a phone case or screen protector. This business is uncommunicative, untimely, and unable to complete any micro-soldering (my experience was with an iPhone XS Max).
I have since filed a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back because if I were to ask Ryan, the business manager, I would likely not hear back until August.
If you choose to do business with this organization, please heed my advice, do your research and communicate with them regularly to ensure the work is being done in a...
