Used to be my favorite restaurant because food and service were excellent. It took almost a half hour for a server to take our order despite my closed menu on the edge of the table and making eye contact with several servers walking past. I ordered seafood quesadilla. When I wasn't looking for a server, my view was of no less than 30 used bar glasses piled up on the end of the bar. Servers and at least one bartender never went near them except to add more dirty glasses. My food was disgusting. I will not describe the smell of bad seafood because it's not PG13. The Scallops were dry, rubbery, and tasted like bad seafood (again, disgusting and not able to be described accurately in a public forum). The rice tasted like musty cardboard. The guacamole tasted like a tin can. I was so disappointed. I sat and watched my fiance eat his steak and cheese nachos. I pushed my untouched plate to the edge of the table. NOBODY stopped to check or ask if our food was ok. Again, I made eye contact and attempted to flag down servers and was ignored. Or looked at and just passed by. I was furious. So I took my plate up to the cash register because NOBODY brought us the check. I walked past 4 servers with my plate of stinking seafood in my hands. Nobody acknowledged me. Read moreThis deserves no stars. I had the worst experience at this restaurant than any other one Ive been to. I was served 50% burnt over cooked fajita plate. When I tried to bring it up to the waiter, all he did was apologize. I asked to speak to the manager and he said the same thing "sorry sir". The manager said I finished half the plate already. Ok Well I said what about the rest I can't finish. He just kept apologizing and offered nothing. Logically, I was upset that a chef would serve such a plate and rather than simply giving us a discount off the plate , he had me argue and have a dispute with him in front of all the customers. I was so upset with the whole ordeal that kept going on, I told him I was not going to pay for the plate at all then. I can't believe I was sitting there arguing with the manager about burnt food that came from his kitchen. Was the restaurant going to shut down if he would have given us a discount. It's not ok for the chef serve crap food. I pay for my food to be good and edible and not burnt to a crisp. I'm never going back and I will never recommend this...
Read moreCalled in for take out and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got there I waited 10 minutes before being approached and told it would be 5/10 more minutes. I agreed because I could see they were very busy. That time and more had went by so I Nicely ask the guy could he check if my order was anywhere near being ready if not to please cancel it because I couldn’t wait any longer. At that moment my order was finally brought out after 55 minutes I paid and left.. I only live 2 streets away from the restaurant and when I opened my food it was very cold.. as I was setting the table I realized there weren’t any tortillas for our fajitas.. we were upset but very hungry at that point so we continued to eat our food up until my husband found a hair in his fajitas.
