My mom, daughter And I decided to come here to eat on 7/19/19 after a long trip to columbus and back. We walked in and there were a group of workers just talking. So we stood there waiting to be seated and got tired of waiting so we sat down. Finally someone was like o.o were you waiting to be seated. So he took us to our table and we stood there as my mom was holding my baby waiting for him to ask if we needed a seat for my daughter. He never asked and walked right by them and went further back where there was another group of employees watching tv. Then my mom walked over and was carrying my daughter at that point and got her a seat for our table and a nice employee was like ooo sorry let me get that and she carried the seat the rest of the way. Then we ordered my daughters food first so it will be cooling before we ordered ours . we ordered ours and our waitress brings our out first and was like did no one bring hers out yet.. We were like nope. So we had to wait for her food to come to the table. While our food was getting cold. Never once were we asked for refills. And we had to walk our payment up to the pick up window to pay...

However. I can not eat lettuce due to an allergy. I ordered through Doordash (no matter, because Iāve ordered and picked up myself before too, and still had the same issues) and I requested no lettuce on the app. Called the restaurant RIGHT after placing my order (and before they started making my food) and asked for them to be sure thereās no lettuce. First wk they forgot and I showed up after driving 20minutes there just for wings and they forgot to place my order I left. The next Thursday my family wanted me to give them one more chance so I did, so Yesterday I was just there, ordered Early around 4:45 p.m. was told there was a one hour and 35 minute wait time so 6:20 p.m. pick up time. I show up 6:20 p.m. then find out again for the 2nd week in a row they forgot to put my order in I start to walk out and the manager promises me the order would be out in 20 minutes if I could just wait. so I waited the 20 minutes after paying for my food. asked the managers after the 20 minutes and they kept telling me to wait. ended up being up over a whole other hour after I finally got my food. very disappointed with this location for a second week in row. very similar situation to last week do not come here during the quarantine.
