Chippewa Center — Local services in Chippewa Township

Calling this a "shopping mall" is quite a stretch. It's more a mess of a parking lot (beware poorly painted lines, potholes, and erratic drivers because there are not clearly marked traffic lanes and many locals use the lot as a "shortcut" to avoid the light at Shenango & Rt. 51). By no means is it a place to plan a shopping trip if you're going to browse many giftable items.

Good finds: Z-Pub (excellent restaurant), Dunham's (decent selection of sports equipment), Aldi, and a Heritage Valley Medical suite (includes lab, pediatrics, urgent care & general offices).

Other tenants include a small USPS postal office, the Beaver County DMV, 2 notaries, a Dollar General, Wine & Spirits, and. Subway restaurant that I've had several negative experiences at. I may be missing one.

Public transit (BCTA) has a bus stop in front of Dunham's. The parking lot is also shared with CVS Pharmacy, McDonald's, Burger King, a bank (PNC?) and AT&T.

I desperately wish the out-of-state plaza owners would take better care of the lot. It's an absolute mess year-round and they wait until the lines have become barely visible to bother to paint. Cars are EVERYWHERE because there's little direction and it's a terrifying lot to walk through (especially with a child). It's a wonder there aren't...

Chippewa Shopping Center has a variety of stores, fast food, and restaurants such as Beaver County Tag & Title, USA Postal Office, Heritage Valley Health Center, UPMC/HVHS Cancer Center, ALDI Grocery Store, Dollar General, CVS Pharmacy, PNC Bank, Z Pub & Diner, McDonald's, Dunham's Sports, PennDot Driver"s License Center, CRS Physical Therapy, UPMC Rehabilitation Institute, Vitality Medical Massage & Bodywork LLC, Pediatric Associates, Alexander's Athletic Club, HVMG Trinity Family Practice, George's Notary, One Main Financial, Tri-State Obstetrics & Gynecology, Convenient Care Chippewa, Fitness 1440, Fine Wine & Good Spirits, Diamond Nail Spa, The Dept. Of Motor Vehicles, and Burger King. There is public transportation with BCTA. The bus stop is in front of Dunham's Sports. Be careful driving through the plaza as the parking lot is horrible. Went to DMV, not sure why I expected them to be helpful? Boy was I let down! Brenda, you don't need to know my last name, Acting Supervisor sat around the corner and basically told the guy I'm wrong, I don't know what I'm doing! I spoke up so she got up came over to repeat herself and inform me she's been there 18years and will not even look at my record to help me. Instead she asked to see my license (thought she was going to at least look in the system) & proceeded to make a copy of my license without my permission!
