Swearing of staff behind counter, slow and non urgent and non supportive manager. He kind of just mulled slowly about. He was not a leader. The girl who was taking orders had the urgency but seemed to lack proper training She was clearly frustrated but kept her composure most of the time...which was somewhat amazing. The short skinny line cook was the only one who apologized for the long wait time. I had to remind them of a drink, hashbrown and sausage I ordered. It was on the receipt but the crew was so out of sync and disorganized. What should have happened is that they shut down the store or drive thru....it was that bad. Customers were standing over ten minutes just to order and then at least another ten to fifteen to get food. The store was clearly understaffed. I think I counted four total people. Again, the lack of leadership from the manager was horrendous in this situation. They had run out of biscuits and didn't even inform me of the substitution. I had to ask for napkins because the dining area was not stocked and I had to ask for utensils, butter and syrup because it was not given with the Ultimate platter. It was 9:10am when I ordered...after waiting five minutes as the first person in line to be acknowledged. It wasn't until 9:27 until I received my incorrect food order. I saw a man wait over five minutes just for a cup of coffee. It was done, but the disorganized mess caused the wait. My food sat for about five to seven minutes cooling while other parts of my order were slowly placed together. Did I mention the manager useless? He was the one who took my order but he left his team strung out to dry. It may have been the assistant manager. There were two male managers. The short meager, non verbal, non smiling one is the one who appeared useless. He did take my order though (order # 86)...but you could tell it was out of obligation...not any sense of pride or urgency. The taller man was working the line with staff. The short guy...no kidding...dabbled in and out of work. As I sit here now, I'm still witnessing a man at the counter who has been in the store for 28 minutes and he still doesn't have food. It's now 9:58am. I'd say shut the dining room next time and get your stuff in order.....In my 40 years, I've never witnessed...
Read moreI had a horrible experience with ordering because the app says that Burger King closes at 11:00 when in reality they actually close at 10:00 (I made the adjustments on this listing to change their hours of operation to close at 10:00 every night). I didn't think it was very fair that I made an order and when I arrived to pick it up they told me they were closed. In my mind, I thought I was arriving at a location that was open so whenever I get there and they tell me they're closed, it's like why did I just waste my time, gas, and money to drive out to this location if they were closed. I wouldn't have done that had I known the correct information about this location.
I spoke with the general manager and he very calmly explained the situation and appreciated that I brought this to his attention. I hope this is rectified rather soon, I will be keeping close tabs on the app and I will update him if it hasn't...
Read moreWent through the drive through after doing some holiday shopping with my mother, we were getting separate orders and paying separately and each had coupons but the young female cashier was giving us a hard time because we both had coupons. If we had walked in or ordered delivery it would have been fine but because we were using the drive through it doesn't count? We paid with separate credit cards each with our own name on them, why do people like this feel such a need to harass customers and shouldn't they be more accommodating because of the pandemic? I will never go to this burger king if this is how they...
