Pizza Roma & Pasta House — Restaurant in Chippewa Township

I am not one to write a review on a company, but the experience that my family had here was horrible.

We have ordered from here a handful times. We usually order the same thing. Large pizza, extra cheese, pepperoni, and extra sauce - because if you order regular there is no sauce, no cheese and barely any pepperoni. Also we order wings, crispy and extra sauce - again if you want any sauce on your wings you have to make sure to get extra.

One time I went in got my pizza and they gave me the wrong one. He came out to me and said he gave me the wrong pizza, because someone else came in with my pizza and told him they had the wrong pizza. No we didn’t eat that pizza not knowing where the pizza came from. However I had already paid for it. I was grossed out by the way it was handled. I ended up getting the hotdog shoppe after that.

Anyway after that - we always made sure that we was there before the order was done to make sure we wasn’t getting someone else returned pizza..

Now on to this - I always ask the total before hanging up. Last few times I’ve noticed the total is always off by a few dollars. Now I pay for extra toppings for the pizza and wings, but when those toppings are not on the pizza or on the wings - why am I paying for extra? The last order had barely any sauce, pepperoni and cheese on the pizza and the wings were so chewy not at all good. I also asked 3x the total and the man told me 43.28 I even rounded it to 44.00 he said yes - my husband picked up the order and it was close to $50.00! All the food we got was gross and is actually in the garbage. I will never order from this place again and pay for food that is not good at all.

I can go to the store and then make, Delmonico steaks, mashed potatoes, corn, and bake a cake for the price being charged and my family actually eating.!

The food is not good. The customer service is horrible. In the summer they have a big fan going and blowing right in your face (imagine the dust and dirt that fan is blowing around)... Always charge more then what they say ( imagine if you only have what they tell you on the phone and then going in to get your order and you don’t have enough money)..

We will not ever go back to this pizza...

This used to be one of my favorite places to order from since my early 20s, but they've really gone down hill over the years. The first thing that put me off was years ago when they took the ricotta cheese out of their calazones. That was so disappointing. Pizza Roma Used to be one of my favorite places to get calazones from until they pulled that crap. I don't get it since they claim they make their pasta homemade and one of those are ravioli with ricotta inside.

They used to have really good wings but they're just gross now. The pizza is still decent as long as you eat it fresh right when you get it. It always dries out and gets gross once it's refrigerated. Even the air fryer can't breathe life back into it.

The final straw for me was the sub sandwiches. The minimal amount of meat and cheese on these things is just sad and pathetic. I'll go to vocellis or pizza Joe's any day for a sub over Pizza Roma. Hell even Sheetz and they're subs are usually are average at best.

All in all after almost 20 years of ordering from here I'm finally done. Not worth the time or money when the food quality has gone down the crapper. I almost ordered tonight but once I thought about how bad the last 3-4 times we ordered here was we decided to go with the ever...

Hello. My name is Randi. I wanted to start off by telling you how much I love your establishment and food! The guests at the hotel I work for really enjoy it too! My issue is that I come from a very messed up past stating when I was 2. I was abused to the point of hating myself and how I looked. I then entered the most unhealthy relationship of my life. My self esteem is broken. However, due to the blessings I've recently been given I'm starting to heal. One issue, though I did break a tooth in a car accident two years back I was enjoying your delicious pizza when my front tooth became loose on the crust of an over done pizza that I never would have ever complained about. I'm just having a super hard time with my self esteem. I know if I whistle too hard it'll fly out. I do not have insurance and I'll be honest I'm devastated. I'd never stop eating here. I was just wondering if you guys did charity for a single mom trying to rebuild her life starting with her self esteem. If not, totally understandable. Life is tight for everyone.
