Stopped in no one present in the lobby for about 5 minutes (literally, the entire store completely unattended, seems like a potential liability for AT&T). I asked about a replacement screen protector for my device since I paid for the lifetime service and was told there were none in stock for my model and could not get a straight answer on how to receive one as part of the program (good lesson to not participate in this service as they’ll just stop carrying screen protectors for your model the year after a new version comes out).
I also needed a replacement SIM card for an iPad which I have an unlimited plan on and was told that running too many apps can cause the device to not read the SIM card (literally a flat out lie from their associate to a 21 year customer). I explained it happened once before and swapping the sim fixed the issue for about 3 months. “Well your device is kind of old so you could buy a new device because this might keep happening.” I explained I simply wanted a new sim programmed like last time and the associate basically refused (likely because it was 30 minutes before the store closed). What am I paying for the unlimited data plan for if I can’t connect to the network and ATT is unwilling to program a new sim.

Read moreMy husband and I went to the store to upgrade our phones plus my moms phone. We spoke with Lindsay, who is an awesome, knowledgeable, patient, polite and friendly person eager to help. After 4 hours of waiting for their slow internet connection my husbands phone was the only one completed. Without getting in to a long story, I had to go back today to have my phone completed and my moms phone completed. We were fortunate to have Lindsay help us because we would have left ATT&T for good after being a loyal ATT&T customer since we bought cell phones many years ago. I am hoping someone in the corporate ATT&T world reads this and will contact me because I would love to speak with them. One suggestion to ATT&T... please upgrade, or change your internet server!!! It is horrible customer service to have to wait so long to connect. We are spending lots of money for your products and services. At this critical time in the world you need to provide faster service. So I only gave 4 stars... actually I would give Lindsay 5 stars... your...
